How to Raise a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

We want everyone who reaches out to Bearingappointed Concrete to be treated fairly. If something went wrong, please tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens afterward. It is a general template and not legal advice.

What You Can Tell Us About

You are welcome to contact us about:

  • Your experience calling or messaging Bearingappointed Concrete
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a provider we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Provider

Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, begin by raising it with the provider directly. Keep a written record of what you say and what they reply.

Please let us know as well. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest, and providers who keep falling short may be removed. Understand, though, that Bearingappointed Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return money paid to a provider or act on a provider's behalf.

Sending Your Complaint

Email contact@bearingappointed.garden and include:

  • Your name and how to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the provider
  • The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if you know it
  • A short account of what happened and what outcome you hope for

After You Write

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We will then look into what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.

Still Not Satisfied?

If our reply does not settle things, write back and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help with licensed providers.
