About Bearingappointed Concrete and How Referrals Work

Request an estimate from a provider

Who we are

Bearingappointed Concrete is a referral service for homeowners planning new concrete work. We help you sort out what you want, then connect you with an independent local provider. We do not pour, finish or seal anything ourselves.

Why this site exists

Many people start a driveway or patio project with half the facts. A friend says thicker is always better. A neighbor says stamped concrete always cracks. Some of that is true and some is folklore. This site puts the plain facts in one place so you can choose with a clear head. Options before slabs.

How matching works

You tell us about the project: the type of surface, the rough size and your timing. We pass those details to a provider in our network that serves the Clearwater area. The provider contacts you, asks questions and may visit to measure. Then you get a written quote you can compare.

What we expect from providers

Providers in our network are independent businesses. We expect them to:

  • Hold any license or registration that local rules require
  • Give clear, written quotes
  • Explain base prep, thickness, joints and drainage in plain words
  • Treat your property with care and answer questions honestly

Check these details yourself too. Ask for proof before you sign anything.

What we do not do

We do not do the work, set prices or supervise jobs. We cannot speak for a provider's schedule or results. Our focus is new projects, so we are not the place for repair-only requests. If a wall is settling or a slab is sinking, you may need foundation repair experts, which is a separate trade. A provider can tell you when a job falls outside concrete flatwork.

How we are paid

Independent providers may pay Bearingappointed Concrete a referral fee for connections made through this site. That is how the service runs. You pay a provider only for work you agree to, under a written quote. Requesting an estimate carries no obligation.

A myth worth clearing up

A common belief is that concrete is permanent and needs no care. The fact is that it lasts longest when you look after it. Pour once, maintain. Sealing, cleaning and keeping water moving away from the slab matter a lot in a humid, stormy climate. Ask your provider for a simple care plan.
